This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on Kolsense.ai, operated by ActivePulse Media (Osek Murshe, registered in Israel). This policy is designed to comply fully with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 and its amendments, including the Distance Selling Regulations.

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (Amendment No. 4, 2010) and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010, customers who purchased a subscription remotely (online) have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the date of purchase and receive a refund, subject to the conditions below.
If you request a cancellation within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase, the following applies:
After the 14-day cancellation window has passed, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. If you choose to cancel after 14 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the billing period.
For annual subscription purchases, the 14-day cancellation right applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation of an annual subscription stops the automatic renewal at the end of the annual period. No refund is issued for the remaining months of an annual subscription cancelled after the 14-day window.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@activepulse.co.il. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your paid tier until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Please include your full name, email address associated with your account, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. We will process eligible refunds within 14 business days of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
If a call fails entirely due to a technical error on our part and the call was counted against your monthly allowance, we will restore that call credit to your account. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of the failed call with details.
