4. Call Recordings

All calls made through Kolsense.ai are recorded and transcribed. Recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you through your account. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding call recording and notification requirements in your jurisdiction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Twilio: Phone call routing and SMS verification
• Microsoft Azure: Speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing
• Anthropic: AI language model for conversation processing
• Netlify / Railway: Hosting and infrastructure

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and are required to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are stored for up to 12 months and can be deleted by you at any time. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
